What are AFFIRMATIONS?
Affirmations are used for healing yourself. They are very powerful and effective sentences. Whatever you affirm has an impact in your life. Affirmations are useful for not only healing yourself but also for achieving your dreams, good health and so many good things. They have the power to release the negativity inside you. I highly recommend you to read Louise Hay’s bestselling book, “You Can Heal Your Life”. She starts each chapter with an Affirmation and they really do work.
How to Affirm and do they really work?
Affirmations work only when you completely believe in it. You have to keep repeating them. You can write down the Affirmations but you will get the best results when you look in a mirror and say it loud. Repeat it 20 times or as many times as you want until you are confident. Say it loud with enthusiasm. You will definitely see the difference.
